75 mm button badge size and print layout

A 75 mm button badge is a large circular pin-back badge, also called a jumbo badge. Abhishek Design Studio lays out that circle. The shop sells the 75 mm material and the 75 mm machine.

The die cut is 86 mm. The bleed is 5.5 mm on each side, from the 75 mm face out to the die cut. The safe margin is 2.5 mm inside the face, so names and faces stay inside the 70 mm safe zone.

  • The print is scaled. Choose 100% scale.
  • A 58 mm mould will not press a 75 mm circle. Use the 75 mm machine.
